DMCA Compliance Policy

highdefinitiontube takes copyright compliance seriously. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we process valid takedown requests submitted via our contact form. If you believe your copyrighted work has been shared here without authorization, you may file a notice for review and removal.

Filing a DMCA Notice

For your request to be considered, it must include the following:

  1. Your contact information
    Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the work
    Identify the copyrighted material in question. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a consolidated list.
  3. Location of the infringing content
    Provide the exact URL(s) on highdefinitiontube where the content appears.
  4. Good faith statement
    A declaration that you genuinely believe the use of the work is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
    A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  6. Signature
    A typed full name, electronic, or physical signature is acceptable.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notice through our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your full contact details.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on highdefinitiontube.
  3. A sworn statement that the takedown was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where highdefinitiontube operates) and your acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may reinstate the content within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless notified that a lawsuit has been filed.


Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. Infringing material may also be removed without warning.

False Claims Warning

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can lead to liability for damages, including attorney fees. If you are uncertain about your rights, consult with an attorney before proceeding.
